ReplyDeleteGlad you enjoy the pitch generator! To create it I basically messed around with the javascript coding of a simple input form. I'm not a javascript expert at all, so I just looked up tutorials online and messed and tweaked until I got it the way I wanted it! .... long story short, it took a lot of learning about coding, and playing around, and copying and pasting things from Windows notepad :)
If you're interested, you can see the final codes by clicking "View Source" in your browser menu on each of the Pitch Generator pages. There's a lot of other source code but if you do a search for the term " createwindow " (without the quote marks) it should jump you to about where my form script starts.

ReplyDeleteOMG this is an awesome tool. After having a peek at all your factories, I realized my current novel is not in any suitable genre for your little marvels. But I decided to take a shot anyway. Wrong genre - check! Answers don't really fit questions - check! Result - serious hilarity!!
